Content authority strategy + daily shorts pipeline — chuẩn hoá thành skills
BEUP có hạ tầng publish tốt nhưng thiếu topical authority và không có daily video pipeline. Session này thiết kế chiến lược 3-track, triển khai Phase 1 hoàn toàn: 2 skills mới + 1 skill cập nhật + phát hiện SEO đã ổn từ trước.

Batch weekly (7 clips/session) vs produce daily

L2Produce 1 clip/day = context-switch overhead liên tục. Batch 7 clips/tuần = 1 session tập trung, review tất cả trước khi schedule. YT algorithm chỉ cần 'đăng đúng giờ', không cần 'produce ngay hôm đó'.
